At Elite Nails, we use high-quality professional products and take pride in the skill and care of our technicians. For this reason, we proudly offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on our nail services. If you experience chipping, lifting, or peeling due to product or application issues within 7 days of your service, please contact us to schedule a return visit. We will gladly make it right at no additional charge.
This guarantee does not cover breakage or damage caused by unusual wear, misuse, excessive force, or accidental impact, including but not limited to using nails as tools or engaging in activities that place abnormal stress on the nails. Color or style changes are also not covered under this guarantee. All corrective services must be completed within the original 7-day period. If all nails require repair, the guarantee does not reset or extend beyond the original timeframe.
Deposit Policy for Repeat No-Shows and Late Cancellations
Deposit Policy
At Elite Nails and Spa, our technicians’ time is very valuable. When clients miss appointments without notice, or cancel on the same day, it often leaves the technician with an empty slot that cannot be filled—causing them to lose income and opportunities to serve other clients.
To be fair to our team:
- Clients with two or more no-shows or same-day/late cancellations may be required to place a non-refundable deposit when booking future appointments.
- The deposit will be applied to the scheduled service but forfeited if the appointment is missed or canceled without adequate notice (minimum 24 hours).
- After a consistent history of keeping appointments, the deposit requirement may be waived at management’s discretion.
We appreciate your understanding—this policy helps ensure fairness for our staff and allows us to continue providing excellent service to all clients.

For the safety and comfort of our customers and staff we have listed our policies. Note: Only those receiving services are allowed in the salon (exceptions granted on case-by-case basis). Infants are not allowed at any time.
Safety
We do not service those whom we feel may have a contagious nail condition, open wounds, any visible infections, fungus, or any illness that may potentially cause harm to others. For everyone’s safety, our white spa chairs have a maximum limit of 250lbs per chair.
Hygiene
At Elite Nails, we take sanitation seriously. We ask all customers to wash their hands. Our pedicure tubs are lined with disposable protectants for each client, EPA registered disinfectant used with each foot bath. Furthermore, our tools are either disposable, single use or are sterilized after each use to ensure a pleasant and safe experience for our clients.
Appointments
Late arrivals: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment in order to keep our next client on schedule.
All appointments are time based; we do our best to accommodate added services on your arrival but if the time is not available prior to the next appointment we may have to deny your request.

We are committed to respecting the privacy of our clients and staff. Photography that includes identifiable personal details, as well as sharing such images on social media, is only permitted with prior consent.

Elite Nails is a luxury nail salon with the goal of providing relaxation & reflection to all clients. We all have busy schedules outside of the salon, please help us ensure a calm & peaceful environment while inside the salon. Please be courteous to others and keep your group conversations and cell calls brief and at a low/quiet tone. Please set your cell phone ringer to silent. We may remove any persons/children we deem disturbing the peace of our valued clients and staff including inappropriate touching, language, gestures, and/or other offensive behavior.
